Are you a natural leader with strong organizational skills and a passion for team development? We re looking for you! As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing an operational team within an international project. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to drive performance and maintain quality.

Your role

• Daily supervision of a team of employees
• Monitoring performance, KPIs, and quality metrics
• Coaching and motivating team members
• Improving processes and workflows
• Reporting to the Operations Manager
• Acting as a liaison between the team in Tangier and international teams

Your profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with performance management and reporting
• Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
• Hands-on attitude and problem-solving mindset
• Flexible, reliable, and result-oriented
