Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in the UAE.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle guest issues effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software.
