Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As Duty Officer (Lounges), you are the shift Manager on Duty for premium lounge operations. You own the end-to-end guest experience — food, beverage, ambience, and service standards — while leading and inspiring a team of lounge hospitality professionals every shift.
Set the standard for premium guest service — act as role model and coach for all lounge team members on shift.

  • Supervise food & beverage delivery, ensuring consistent quality, quantity, and presentation standards.

  • Proactively gather guest feedback and drive continuous improvement in the lounge product.

  • Conduct daily briefings to communicate product and service updates and capture learning from service recovery.

  • Champion safety and security compliance in line with corporate, civil aviation, and government standards.

  • Manage shift reporting including passenger trends, meal wastage, stock control, and invoice confirmation.

  • Support training and development by providing regular feedback on evolving skill requirements to the Front of House Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8+ years’ experience in hospitality, with at least 3 year in a supervisory or managerial role.

Graduate Diploma (12+4 or equivalent) in Hotels and Restaurant Management (hospitality) preferred
