Job description

As a Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Consultant, you will play a key role in the design, implementation and evolution of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions within high value-added projects.

As a true technical and functional expert, you will be involved in the entire project life cycle, from the definition of needs to the production launch and training of teams.


Main missions


Manage the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) solutions.


Acting as a technical and functional referent for teams and customers.


Design technical architectures and CRM data models.


Carry out advanced configuration, specific developments (C#, JavaScript, Plugins, Power Automate) and external integrations.


Manage migration projects (On-Premises to Cloud, version update).


Ensure the quality of deliverables and compliance with Microsoft standards.


Train and support junior consultants in their skills development.


Provide level 3 support and contribute to functional developments.


Qualifications

Formation: Bac+5 in computer engineering, information systems or equivalent.


Experiment: Minimum 5 years of experience on Dynamics 365 CRM projects (Sales, Service, Marketing).


Technical skills:


Advanced settings for Dynamics 365 CRM.


Development on C#, JavaScript, Plugins, Power Automate.


Proficiency with REST APIs, middleware, and external integrations.


In-depth knowledge of Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure Logic Apps.


Expertise on migration projects (On-Premises to Cloud, version upgrade).


Functional Skills:


Good understanding of the business processes related to customer relations (Sales, Service, Marketing).


Mastery of Agile and Success by Design methodologies.


Soft Skills:


Technical leadership and team spirit.


Autonomy, rigor and sense of customer service.


Excellent oral and written communication (French and English).
