Dynamics NAV / BC Developer

We are a forward-thinking organization focused on delivering innovative solutions to improve our operations and streamline processes. As we continue to grow, we re looking for a dedicated Dynamics NAV/Business Central Developer to join our in-house IT team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC.


Key Responsibilities:


Develop, maintain, and customize Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central applications for internal use.


Work closely with various departments to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that enhance business processes.


Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in our NAV/BC environments.


Create, manage, and optimize reports and dashboards to provide valuable business insights.


Implement new features and upgrades to ensure our systems are efficient and up-to-date.


Assist with integration of NAV/BC with other internal systems.


Maintain data migrations, interfaces, and enhancements, ensuring system integrity and performance.


Provide user support, training, and documentation to ensure smooth day-to-day operation.


Collaborate with the IT team to maintain security, system performance, and data accuracy.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


3+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics NAV or Business Central development.


Strong proficiency in AL language and C/AL programming.


Extensive knowledge of the Dynamics NAV/BC system, including functionality across multiple modules (Finance, Inventory, Sales, etc.).


Solid experience with SQL Server and the ability to write efficient queries, optimize performance, and troubleshoot.


Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.


Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams.


Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, and business requirements.


Desirable Skills:


Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Git for version control.


Understanding of the business processes within the retail industry (with experience in LS Retail / LS Central).
