Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain Dynatrace APM across applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
Set up monitoring for services, hosts, processes, synthetic tests, and user sessions.
Design and configure Dynatrace dashboards, alerts, and custom metrics.
Troubleshoot performance issues across fullstack environments (frontend, backend, database, cloud).
Collaborate with development, DevOps, SRE, and cloud teams to improve system performance and stability.
Analyze application performance data to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
Implement tagging strategies, management zones, and monitoring policies.
Integrate Dynatrace with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
Prepare reports, documentation, and root cause analyses for incidents and performance issues.
Ensure best practices for observability, monitoring coverage, and proactive performance management.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in APM, monitoring, or performance engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace Managed or SaaS.
Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience with microservices, containers, Kubernetes, and service mesh architectures.
Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring (Linux, Windows, networks).
Proficiency with scripting (Python, Shell, PowerShell) for automation.
Experience integrating Dynatrace with DevOps toolchains (Jenkins, GitLab, Ansible, etc.).
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
