Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Administration of Dynatrace APM solution including APM, DEM and Synthetic Monitoring Create Dynatrace Dashboards for different application owners, business, etc Configure advanced monitoring and customization (Service name, request rule, etc) Integration with ITSM solutions Installation and configuration of ActiveGate and OneAgent on virtual machines. Managing Dynatrace permissions, DDU usage and provide new user access to Dynatrace. Installation of OneAgent site extension to instrument various cloud services for deep monitoring Monitoring Dashboards Creation and Management Deploy and configure monitoring agents and policies on all production servers, Databases etc. Work with various IT infrastructure and business teams to deliver Monitoring requirements Good Work Experience in Server Platforms - Windows Servers, Linux, UNIX, AIX etc. Experience in Infrastructure Components – SQL and Oracle DB, Network and Storage Devises

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrates 5+ years of experience in IT operations, performance monitoring, or application performance management (APM).
  • Holds relevant certifications such as Dynatrace Certified Professional or similar industry-recognized credentials.
  • Exhibits strong proficiency in Dynatrace, including experience with OneAgent deployment, Davis AI, and custom dashboards.
