Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and optimize e-commerce accounts across multiple online platforms (e.g., Amazon, Noon, Shopify).
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales, traffic, and conversion rates.
- Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to execute campaigns and promotions.
- Maintain professional relationships with marketplace account managers and external partners.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging e-commerce opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
5-8 years of proven experience in e-commerce account management, sales, or a related field.
Proven experience in e-commerce or online account management.
Strong knowledge of online marketplaces, digital marketing, and analytics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
