Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client goals and ensure our solutions meet their business needs.
- Coordinate internally with operations, marketing, and creative teams to deliver timely and effective solutions.
- Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to expand client accounts.
- Handle client feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain updated records of all client communications and agreements.
- Stay informed about market trends, especially in the Saudi market.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role (preferably in KSA or GCC markets).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience working with e-commerce, marketing, or digital services is a plus.
Benefits:

Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role (preferably in KSA or GCC markets). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Experience working with e-commerce, marketing, or digital services is a plus.
