This role is essential for driving online sales, enhancing brand visibility, and managing the company's digital presence across various platforms. The specialist will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.br> br>Key Responsibilities:br>Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless user experience and maximizing conversion rates. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, blog posts, website copy, and email newsletters. Monitor and analyze website traffic, sales data, and marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics. Identify target audiences and develop tailored marketing strategies to reach them effectively. Manage online advertising budgets and campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads). Manage online customer service inquiries and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction. Optimize product listings and descriptions for search engines and user engagement.br> br>Qualifications:br>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing. Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools). Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail./span>
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing.
