Job Descriptions :

• Verify items picked by store pickers against the customer order list.
• Conduct barcode scanning and quantity/weight verification to ensure order accuracy.
• Ensure correct product, quantity, expiry date, and packaging standards before dispatch.
• Report any stock mismatch or substitution to Online Supervisor for approval.
• Record QC completion in COWLAR Panel / SAP System and prepare for final dispatch.
• Maintain hygiene and order integrity while handling perishables and fresh items.
• Work closely with Dispatchers to confirm order readiness for timely delivery.
• Handle customer-specific requests or notes indicated in online orders.
• Participate in daily QC summary reporting and corrective action logs.
• Support E-Commerce Supervisor in training new staff on quality control procedures.
