Roles & Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond professionally and promptly to online customer inquiries.
  • Follow up with clients via WhatsApp and other communication channels.
  • Update website content, scripts, and product pictures through WordPress.
  • Manage newsletters and email marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor shopping carts and client wishlists to support conversions and sales.
  • Follow up with potential clients and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Assist in improving customer experience and online journey.
  • Analyze website traffic and customer behavior analytics
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to optimize online performance.
  • Ensure all website and digital content remains updated and aligned with the brand image.

Requirements

  • Experience with WordPress and e-commerce platforms

  • Organized and detail-oriented personality
  • Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups efficiently
  • Comfortable reading analytics and performance reports
  • Experience in luxury retail or premium brands is a plus.
  • Fluent English, Arabic required.
