Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure the validation and processing of orders received via the various e-commerce platforms.
- Track deliveries and coordinate with the logistics department.
- Respond to customer requests by phone, email or instant messaging.
- Manage anomalies, disputes and returns in collaboration with internal teams.
- Update order statuses and enter the necessary information into the internal system.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the online sales process.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Customer service skills, responsiveness and rigor.
- Good mastery of computer tools and e-commerce.
- Ability to work in a team and manage pressure during peak activity periods (Black Friday, Sales).
- Interest in commerce, ideally with experience in clothing sales.
