Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (website & marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, etc.)

  • Handle product listings, content updates, pricing, and promotions across international markets

  • Coordinate with international marketplaces and platforms (UK, Europe, Middle East, etc.)

  • Monitor inventory, stock levels, and order processing to ensure smooth operations

  • Optimize product visibility using SEO, keywords, and digital merchandising techniques

  • Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and competitor activities

  • Work with marketing teams on campaigns, ads, and promotions (Meta, Google, etc.)

  • Manage logistics coordination for international shipping, returns, and fulfillment

  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and marketplace policies

  • Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and suggest improvements

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in international retail

  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, eBay, etc.

  • Strong knowledge of international marketplaces (UK, EU, GCC)

  • Understanding of digital marketing basics (SEO, PPC, social ads)

  • Experience in inventory and order management systems

  • Good analytical and reporting skills (Excel, Google Analytics)

  • Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in retail categories such as luggage, fashion, or electronics

  • Knowledge of cross-border logistics and fulfillment (FBA, 3PL, etc.)

  • Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar

  • Experience handling multi-country pricing and currency strategies
