Job Description:

Job Title: E-Commerce Head

Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic E-Commerce Head to lead and drive our online business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing e-commerce strategies, managing online sales channels, optimizing digital performance, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the overall e-commerce strategy to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Manage and oversee all online sales platforms and ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor website functionality, user experience, and conversion rates.
  • Oversee order processing, online payments, and fulfillment operations.
  • Manage and optimize the company website, ensuring integration with marketplaces and other digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
  • Manage social media channels related to e-commerce activities and customer engagement.
  • Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports and recommend strategies to improve online business performance.
  • Ensure the implementation of best practices in e-commerce operations and customer experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in E-Commerce management.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, and digital sales channels.
  • Experience in website management and online payment systems.
  • Good command of English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-commerce tools.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
