Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and update the company’s online auto parts store (website & e-commerce platform). Search for car parts and suppliers internationally according to customer requests. Communicate with global vendors via email and online platforms to source and quote products. Upload, edit, and maintain product data, images, and pricing in the system. Handle customer inquiries and coordinate orders until delivery confirmation. Compare suppliers’ offers and ensure best price and quality. Support the IT and logistics teams to ensure smooth digital and supply operations. Prepare daily/weekly reports on orders, quotations, and supplier communication. Ensure accuracy and fast response time for all online customer requests. Contribute ideas to improve online visibility and SEO of the platform.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, IT, or digital product sourcing. Strong knowledge of auto parts or experience in the automotive field is a plus. Excellent skills in internet research, Excel, and data management. Strong English communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to communicate professionally with international suppliers and customers. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple orders at once. Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress, or similar e-commerce systems is preferred. Proactive attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Candidates from India are welcome; visa and accommodation provided by the company.
