Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire customer journey, from initial website visit to post-purchase support, implementing strategies to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to create engaging content, promotional campaigns, and user-friendly website experiences.
- Monitor and manage e-commerce platform performance, ensuring smooth operation, fast loading speeds, and a secure shopping environment.
- Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage and optimize inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and minimizing stockouts, improving supply chain management.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience (3+ years) in e-commerce, demonstrating hands-on experience in online retail.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, providing a strong academic foundation.
- Experience in the e-commerce industry, showcasing an understanding of the digital landscape.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce), highlighting technical expertise.
- Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles (SEO, SEM, social media), enhancing marketing capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, allowing the candidate to overcome challenges effectively.
- A passionate interest in e-commerce and a commitment to continuous learning, reflecting dedication to the field.
