Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and operate FMCG product listings across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon UAE, Noon, Talabat Mart, Carrefour Online, etc.
Ensure accurate product information, pricing, images, descriptions, barcodes, and inventory availability.
Coordinate with internal sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and stock availability.
Plan and execute online promotions, deals, bundles, and campaigns in coordination with platform account managers.
Monitor daily sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and prepare regular sales and performance reports.
Handle coordination for new product launches on e-commerce platforms.
Manage customer reviews, ratings, and queries in a professional and timely manner.
Track competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends in the UAE FMCG e-commerce space.
Ensure compliance with platform guidelines, UAE regulations, and company brand standards.
Support digital marketing initiatives to boost online sales and brand visibility
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience as an E-commerce Executive in an FMCG company (UAE market preferred).
Hands-on experience with major UAE e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Noon, Quick Commerce).
Strong understanding of FMCG pricing, promotions, margins, and fast-moving inventory.
Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting/analysis.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple platforms simultaneously.
