Roles & Responsibilities

E-Commerce Manager


E-commerce site management:

  • Oversee and maintain the website developed under WordPress, ensuring that it is functional, user-friendly and aesthetically appealing.
  • Ensure regular updates of products, prices, descriptions and visuals.
  • Optimize the navigation structure to make it easier for customers to search and purchase.
  • Ensure website security and customer data protection.

Online sales strategy:

  • Develop and implement an online marketing strategy, including paid advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), social media and email.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop promotional campaigns and special offers to drive sales.

Product and inventory management:

  • Collaborate with managers of other distribution channels to ensure product availability and manage inventory.
  • Optimize inventory management to minimize stockouts and surpluses.
  • Track product performance and make assortment decisions accordingly.

4. Integration with Cegid ERP:

  • Work closely with the IT team to ensure smooth integration between the e-commerce site and the Cegid ERP.
  • Ensure customer data, orders and inventory are synchronized accurately and in real time.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Have a master's degree in business or marketing, or have completed training at a business school.
  • Previous experience in managing an e-commerce site, ideally in the fashion and sports sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of WordPress, e-commerce tools and Cegid ERP.
  • Online marketing skills including online advertising, SEO and email marketing.
  • Ability to analyze data and make performance-based decisions.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
  • A good level of French, English will be a plus.
  • A good level in Excel.
