Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.

Oversee end-to-end online customer experience including UI/UX, site performance, and digital merchandising.

Manage and optimize multi-million USD digital marketing budgets across paid search, social, affiliate, and email.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all online touchpoints.

Analyze performance data and market trends to inform growth strategies and campaign optimization.

Ensure seamless integration between online and offline channels for an effective omni-channel experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in B2C e-commerce, preferably in omni-channel retail or high-growth digital businesses.
  • Strong background in customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and retention strategies.
  • Experience in digitally mature markets with a strong grasp of performance marketing and analytics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Age: Below 42 years
