Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective e-commerce marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Drive online sales growth and maximize ROI.
  • Manage and lead the marketing team to ensure successful execution of campaigns.
  • Oversee digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, Paid Ads, Social Media).
  • Analyze data and generate insights to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, content, operations).

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in E-commerce Marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of the Gulf market (GCC) and consumer behavior.
  • Previous experience in leading and managing a marketing team.
  • Hands-on experience with digital tools & platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify/Magento, Analytics).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to deliver measurable results and drive growth.
