Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective e-commerce marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
- Drive online sales growth and maximize ROI.
- Manage and lead the marketing team to ensure successful execution of campaigns.
- Oversee digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, Paid Ads, Social Media).
- Analyze data and generate insights to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, content, operations).
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience in E-commerce Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of the Gulf market (GCC) and consumer behavior.
- Previous experience in leading and managing a marketing team.
- Hands-on experience with digital tools & platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify/Magento, Analytics).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to deliver measurable results and drive growth.
