Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Track all customer orders and make sure they are prepared, packed, and shipped on time.
- Follow up on returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure they are handled correctly and within the agreed time.
- Support Customer Service by providing order status updates and solving operational issues.
- Report and follow up on any warehouse problems (stock mismatch, missing items, etc.) until resolved.
- Track courier performance and report any delivery delays or issues.
- Keep accurate daily records for all orders, returns, and shipping activities.
- Strong organization and follow-up skills
- Good communication and teamwork
- Knowledge of Shopify and Excel/Google Sheets
- 2 3 years of experience in e-commerce or operations
