Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Process and review daily online orders (COD & prepaid)
Coordinate with warehouse and retail shops for order preparation
Call customers to confirm orders when needed
Handle cases of missing items, substitutions, or delays with clients
Follow up on order status (processing, dispatched, delivered)
Manage returns, exchanges, and customer feedback
Communicate with delivery partners to ensure timely fulfillment
Report issues (stock discrepancies, delays, customer complaints)
Provide professional and friendly communication with customers
Resolve issues quickly and efficiently
Collect customer feedback and share insights with management
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong communication skills (Arabic & English)
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable handling calls and WhatsApp communication
Basic knowledge of Shopify or similar platforms is a plus
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders daily
