E-commerce Operations Executive

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• • Managing and executing the e-commerce order cycle and handling day to day operational tasks related order tracking, shipping status and delivery on the e-commerce platforms.
  • Ensuring orders are delivered on time within the agreed SLAs- Follow-up with stores, warehouse, and last-mile partners on deliveries.
  • Coordinating with warehouse & stores on returns and delivery matters.
  • Lodging investigations and following up with courier companies in case of delays, or order loss.
  • Redirecting shipments in case of receiving any customer information update.
  • Facilitating item exchanges for the customer. i.e. reserving items to be exchanged at the store, creating reverse shipments from customer back to store, and shipping of exchanged items back to customer
  • Follow up with customers & CS team on requests, payments & delivery matters via email & chat.
  • Analyze delivery effectiveness and identify areas of improvement.
  • Extracting and preparing reports as requested.
  • Coordinating with finance on processing refunds in a timely matter

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• University Degree, preferably a Digital related subjects

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of B2C e-com operations experience

• Well-versed in MS Office
