E-Commerce Operations Manager

A Beirut-based ready-to-wear retail company that has been bringing European fashion to Lebanon since 1990 across standalone boutiques, department stores, and online, is scaling the omnichannel operations and looking for an experienced E-Commerce Operations Manager to lead the charge. This role sits at the heart of the online business. You will be responsible for ensuring every order from placement to delivery is handled with speed, accuracy, and care. That means overseeing daily order management across all the e-commerce websites, coordinating inventory across stores, managing fulfillment methods including home delivery, click & collect, ship from store, and store-to-store transfers, and making sure the delivery partners consistently meet their service levels. When things don't go to plan, you're the one who steps in, solves the problem, and puts processes in place so it doesn't happen again. Customer experience is equally central to this role. You'll lead the customer service team, ensuring fast, high-quality responses across WhatsApp, email, and social media, handling escalations with composure, and constantly looking for ways to improve the journey from the moment a customer clicks "order" to the moment it arrives at their door. You'll also work closely with store managers and the broader operations team to bridge the gap between the online and retail channels, building the communication and coordination that a true omnichannel business depends on. Regular reporting on order volumes, fulfillment rates, delivery performance, customer satisfaction, and team productivity will be part of your rhythm and you'll be expected to turn those numbers into clear action plans.
