Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Liaise with international factories and suppliers to procure auto spare parts based on customer orders. Prepare price quotations and follow up orders from placement to delivery. Upload and update product listings on online platforms such as eBay, Amazon, Alibaba, and your own web store. Research new products and suppliers to maintain competitive pricing and quality. Coordinate shipping, logistics, and import procedures with internal teams. Assist in online promotion efforts to increase sales and brand visibility. Generate periodic reports on sales, suppliers, pricing trends, and inventory.

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience in e-commerce, sourcing, or auto parts industry. Familiarity with global marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, Alibaba). Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking). Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks. Proficient in computer and office software (Excel, Word, Email).
