E-commerce Operations & Social Media Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to manage day-to-day operations for our e-commerce business.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:


*Responsibilities:*

- Upload engaging Instagram stories and content related to products and offers.

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages via Instagram DMs and WhatsApp.

- Answer phone calls and assist customers with their inquiries or orders.

- Receive and open incoming shipments from suppliers.

- Prepare, package, and coordinate delivery of orders to clients.

- Maintain an accurate daily Excel to make the new orders.

- Communicate with the purchasing department to request new stock based on customer demand and stock availability.

- Ensure smooth and timely execution of all order fulfillment processes.



Requirements:

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Basic knowledge of social media platforms, especially Instagram.

- Comfortable working with Excel and maintaining organized records.

- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
