E-Commerce Operations Specialist (Amazon)

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Specialist to join our Amazon operations team. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and eager to learn. Full training on all systems and workflows will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process daily orders from Amazon Seller Central.
• Print orders, pick requested items from branches or warehouses, and prepare them for shipment.
• Handle packaging, create shipping labels, and hand over orders to Amazon couriers.
• Work inside the Amazon warehouse to monitor stock levels and ensure product availability.
• Perform regular inventory checks, update quantities, and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Execute stock transfers using systems such as Daftra and Odoo.
• Upload new products with images, descriptions, and pricing.
• Maintain accurate records and follow internal workflow and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in any relevant field.
• 0 1 years of experience in e-commerce, warehousing, operations, or a related field.
• Fresh Graduates Are Welcome.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Basic understanding of Daftra or Odoo (or willingness to learn quickly).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
