Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven E-Commerce Sales and Operations Specialist to join our trading company in Dubai. This position will be responsible for managing online sales channels, optimizing store operations, executing digital marketing strategies, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment and customer service. The ideal candidate will possess extensive e-commerce knowledge, practical skills, and a deep understanding of the MENA market.
Key Responsibilities
**E-Commerce Sales and Channel Management**
* Manage and operate online stores (Amazon, Noon, company website, social commerce platforms).
* Upload and optimize product listings, pricing, keywords, and promotions.
* Monitor daily sales performance, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide actionable insights.
* Identify and expand new e-commerce channels and partnerships.
**Operations and Logistics**
* Coordinate order processing, inventory management, warehousing, and last-mile delivery. * Monitor logistics key performance indicators (KPIs) (delivery speed, cost, return rate) and implement improvements.
* Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouses to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Marketing and Promotions
* Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, Google Ads, meta-ads, influencer marketing).
* Coordinate promotions, seasonal campaigns, and platform promotions.
* Monitor competitor activities and market trends and provide benchmarking reports.
Customer Experience
* Respond to customer inquiries and manage after-sales service.
* Track customer feedback, reviews, and ratings to ensure high satisfaction.
* Propose solutions to enhance the user experience and improve customer retention.
Reporting and Analysis
* Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and operational performance dashboards.
* Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and growth strategies.
* Work closely with management to align sales targets and market expansion plans.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
* Must have worked in e-commerce sales and operations in the UAE for the past three years.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
* Familiarity with Amazon, Noon, Shopify, Magento, or other major e-commerce platforms.
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, meta-ads).
* Native English proficiency is a plus (Arabic or Chinese is a plus).
* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task.
* Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

* Experience in cross-border trade, fast-moving consumer goods, electronics, or consumer goods.
* Understanding of the Dubai/MENA e-commerce ecosystem.
