Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and respond promptly to customer inquiries عبر:
Manage WhatsApp inquiry
Manage Facebook inquiry
Manage Instagram inquiry
Engage with customers professionally to understand their needs and convert inquiries into sales
Process and manage website orders, including:
Order confirmation
Coordination with warehouse/logistics
Ensuring timely order fulfillment
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Support marketing campaigns and promotions on social media platforms
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic sales and negotiation skills
Customer service orientation with problem-solving ability
Ability to multitask and handle multiple conversations simultaneously
Familiarity with social media platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram)
Basic knowledge of order processing and e-commerce workflows
Proficiency in Microsoft Office:
Excel
Word
Basic email communication skills
Basic Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, sales, or customer service
Good written and verbal communication skills
Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel and Word is a must)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Working Hours
Saturday to Wednesday: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (1-hour break)
Thursday: 09:00 AM – 02:00 PM
Friday: Off
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: 180 – 200 OMR
Additional: Monthly Sales Commission based on sale target
Job Type: Full-time
