Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales and revenue growth.
Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities across e-commerce platforms.
Monitor product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and visuals.
Oversee e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, and company-owned websites. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
Enhance the online shopping experience to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Analyze sales data and generate reports to assess performance and trends.
Track competitor activities and market trends to refine strategies.
Work closely with other departments, including marketing, logistics, and IT, to ensure seamless operations.

Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc).
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic HTML knowledge is a plus.
