Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through live chat, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms
  • Convert online inquiries into sales and achieve assigned targets
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, availability, and order tracking
  • Manage and follow up on online leads to ensure timely closure
  • Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, delivery, accounts) for smooth order fulfillment
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Update customer and order details accurately in the system

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or online sales
  • Experience in a corporate or multinational company is mandatory
  • Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or online sales platforms is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-oriented with a sales mindset
  • Arabic language skills are an added advantage
