Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong, healthy relationships with the accounts operation teams through regular and proactive communication.
  • Assist the team on opportunities to achieve sales and availability targets for assigned accounts based on the AOP throughout facilitating the operations.
  • Assist in delivering the monthly and annual sales targets by category and brand, aligned with the annual plan and Joint Business Plans (JBP).
  • Manage and update the accounts dashboard consistently on daily basis.
  • Oversee the timely listing, availability, and visibility of new product launches before POs.
  • Follow up on the payments from clients on time, ensuring no overdue balances; coordinate with the finance team to complete all related financial operations.
  • Prepare reports for sales vs. budget, overdue payments, disputes, product availability, and prices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • University degree required, preferably in Marketing.
  • 2 4 years of experience in e-commerce or corporate key account management.
  • Minimum one year of experience working with pure players such as Amazon, Noon, Jumia, Homzmart, or similar platforms.
