Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong, healthy relationships with the accounts operation teams through regular and proactive communication.
- Assist the team on opportunities to achieve sales and availability targets for assigned accounts based on the AOP throughout facilitating the operations.
- Assist in delivering the monthly and annual sales targets by category and brand, aligned with the annual plan and Joint Business Plans (JBP).
- Manage and update the accounts dashboard consistently on daily basis.
- Oversee the timely listing, availability, and visibility of new product launches before POs.
- Follow up on the payments from clients on time, ensuring no overdue balances; coordinate with the finance team to complete all related financial operations.
- Prepare reports for sales vs. budget, overdue payments, disputes, product availability, and prices.
Desired Candidate Profile
- University degree required, preferably in Marketing.
- 2 4 years of experience in e-commerce or corporate key account management.
- Minimum one year of experience working with pure players such as Amazon, Noon, Jumia, Homzmart, or similar platforms.
