Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage daily order processing, including coordination of shipping, delivery tracking, and returns
- Create and issue accurate invoices in line with company policies and customer agreements
- Oversee and update e-commerce platforms (product listings, inventory, order status, etc.)
- Coordinate with warehouses, logistics partners, and customer service to ensure timely deliveries
- Track and analyse sales, shipping, and invoice data using advanced Excel functions
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate effectively in English with suppliers, partners, and international customers
- Assist in process improvements related to shipping, invoicing, and e-commerce operations
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and proper documentation where applicable
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in shipping, invoicing, and e-commerce
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP, formulas, reporting)
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong English communication skills written and verbal
- Experience with ERP or invoicing systems
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms
