Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience and efficient online operations.
  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization, search engine marketing, and social media, to increase traffic and conversions.
  • Oversee product listings, descriptions, and pricing strategies to maintain accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues quickly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to achieve business objectives.
  • Stay abreast of the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure a competitive advantage.
  • Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns, ensuring efficient budget allocation and maximizing ROI.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve website conversion rates and increase online sales.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrates at least 2-3 years of practical experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Possesses a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
  • Demonstrates proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, SEO, and SEM.
  • Demonstrates experience with social media marketing and advertising platforms.
  • Possesses excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
  • Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
