Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of ariika s Egypt & Saudi Arabia Shopify websites.
Upload and list new products, including descriptions, images, tags, categories, and SEO fields.
Maintain accurate pricing, stock levels, and product availability.
Create, update, and optimize collections to improve browsing and conversion.
Implement homepage updates, banners, landing pages, and seasonal campaigns.
Collaborate with design and development teams to improve overall UI/UX and customer journey.
Ensure website content is aligned with brand guidelines and marketing plans.
Monitor product performance and optimize placement, categorization, and filters.
Conduct regular audits to ensure product data accuracy and consistency.
Manage email marketing through Shopify-integrated tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Shopify Email).
Build and schedule email campaigns, newsletters, and automated flows.
Segment customer lists and apply best practices to increase open and conversion rates.
Track email performance and suggest improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in retail, D2C, or home/lifestyle brands.
Strong experience in Shopify.
Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).
Solid understanding of e-commerce merchandising, product listing standards, and CRO best practices.
Knowledge of basic UI/UX principles and Shopify theme customization.
Experience in Odoo is a plus
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
