Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms.
- Upload and maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and content
- Coordinate online promotions, campaigns, and discounts
- Monitor sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates
- Analyze data and prepare regular performance reports
- Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams
- Ensure product availability and stock alignment with demand
- Handle customer inquiries and escalation issues related to online orders
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital sales, strong>preferably in FMCG
- Experience with online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Good understanding of digital marketing and online promotions
- Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools
- Strong communication and coordination skills
