Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of online sales through the company website and marketplaces
- Ensure all online channels are running smoothly with accurate data and availability
- Execute sales plans and instructions set by the E-Commerce Manager
- Upload, update, and maintain product listings across all platforms
- Ensure accuracy of product information (titles, descriptions, prices, images)
- Maintain consistency of product data across website and marketplaces
- Suggest improvements for product performance and presentation
- Order Management & Coordination
- Monitor and follow up on all online orders
- Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and customer service teams
- Ensure timely order processing and delivery
- Identify and resolve operational issues related to orders
- Manage seller accounts and dashboards on Amazon, Noon, and similar platforms
- Follow up on platform policies, commissions, and system alerts
- Create and manage promotions and offers
- Monitor seller ratings, reviews, and customer feedback
- Implement basic SEO recommendations on product pages
- Upload SEO-optimized content and product descriptions
- Coordinate with content writers or outsourced agencies when needed
Desired Candidate Profile
2 5 years of experience in E-Commerce or online sales
- Hands-on experience with marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, Breadfast, Talabat, Rabbit, or similar platforms
- Good understanding of website operations and order flow
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital content
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
