Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and optimize product listings across various e-commerce platforms to maximize visibility and sales.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely order fulfillment.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, generating reports and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Develop and implement promotional strategies, including discounts, campaigns, and seasonal offers.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction and positive reviews.
Collaborate with marketing to enhance product content, imagery, and SEO for improved online presence.
Track competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities and recommend adjustments.
Ensure compliance with platform policies, regulations, and best practices.
Assist in the integration of new sales channels and digital tools to expand reach.
Support the execution of remote e-commerce projects and initiatives as assigned.
