Roles & Responsibilities

This role focuses on revenue growth, conversion optimization, and targeting the right customer segments, not just content posting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the Shopify store to increase conversion and sales
  • Drive Instagram traffic and sales (posts, reels, stories, DMs)
  • Turn Instagram inquiries and DMs into confirmed orders
  • Plan and execute sales-focused campaigns and product drops
  • Monitor KPIs: sales, conversion rate, traffic, and leads
  • Coordinate offers, bundles, and promotions to hit sales targets

Target Customers

  • Design-conscious homeowners
  • Architects & interior designers
  • Commercial & hospitality clients
  • Premium furniture buyers

Requirements

  • Experience managing Shopify e-commerce stores
  • Strong understanding of Instagram as a sales channel
  • Experience with online sales and customer conversion

  • Organized and able to work with targets

Preferred

  • Experience in furniture, interiors, or design brands
  • Experience with Meta ads
  • Knowledge of Egyptian and GCC / Saudi market
