Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and brand visibility for Soudanco s cheese products.
Manage and optimize product listings across various online marketplaces and the company s e-commerce platforms.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to launch digital campaigns, promotions, and seasonal offers.
Monitor and analyze online sales performance, providing actionable insights to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
Ensure accurate and appealing product content, including descriptions, images, and pricing, across all digital channels.
Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and exceptional customer service.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, sales, and customer feedback.
Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Manage customer inquiries, reviews, and complaints on online platforms, ensuring a positive brand reputation.
Support the integration of new digital tools and platforms to enhance the online shopping experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the FMCG or food industry.
Strong understanding of online sales channels, digital marketing, and marketplace operations.
Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Proficiency in content management, SEO, and online merchandising.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with online payment systems and order fulfillment processes.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
