Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and update e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.

Monitor daily sales performance and key metrics.

Optimize product listings, user experience, and conversion rates.

Coordinate with marketing, content, and customer service teams.

Manage online promotions, pricing, and product availability.

Support order processing, delivery coordination, and returns.

Prepare basic performance reports and suggest improvements.

- Basic experience with analytics and reporting tools.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
