Job Title: E-Commerce Specialist

Location: Kuwait

Reporting To: Marketing Manager

 Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to join our team and support the growth of the company s digital presence in Kuwait. This role involves managing online inventory, optimizing digital campaigns, enhancing the customer shopping experience, and driving online sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update product inventory across all e-commerce platforms.
  • Develop and implement campaigns to increase digital sales and online engagement.
  • Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO, SEM, and other performance tools.
  • Support the management of the company s digital marketing presence, including social media channels.
  • Monitor website traffic, sales performance, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the company s digital marketing strategy.
  • Manage and maintain accurate product pricing across all online platforms.
  • Process, organize, and maintain product images and other digital assets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML.
  • Proven experience in managing digital product inventory.
  • Familiarity with web analytics and optimization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools,Magento Preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years of e-commerce merchandising and operational experience (preferred).
  • Requirement open for Indians & Arab Nationals only
  • Ecommerce Platforms like Shopify Prefferd
