Majestic Interiors & Furnitures is seeking a passionate and results-driven E-Commerce Specialist to lead our digital retail operations. The ideal candidate will manage our online furniture and interior d cor platforms, ensuring that our products are effectively showcased to attract and engage customers. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and expertise in e-commerce growth strategies.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and update online product catalogs for furniture, d cor, and interior design solutions across company website and marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, etc.).
    
  • Optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, high-quality images, dimensions, and detailed specifications.
    
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media Ads, SEO, Email Marketing) to increase online visibility and sales.
    
  • Collaborate with the design team to create engaging visuals and promotional content that reflect the brand s identity.
    
  • Monitor sales performance, website traffic, and customer engagement using analytics tools.
    
  • Handle online customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure excellent service experience.
    
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.
    
  • Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to improve online sales strategies.
    
  • Plan and execute seasonal promotions, bundle offers, and campaigns tailored to the furniture and interiors market.
    
    
• Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.
    
  • Minimum 2 3 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in furniture, interiors, or retail industry.
    
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon, Noon, etc.).
    
  • Proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
    
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
    
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about online retail growth.
    
    
• Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):
  • Experience in furniture/interior design product photography and editing.
    
  • Familiarity with design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
    
  • Understanding of UAE market trends in furniture and home d cor.
