Roles & Responsibilities
Job Overview
We re looking for an organised, technically capable E-Commerce Specialist to manage the back-end operations of our online grocery platform (fruits & vegetables). In this role you ll keep orders flowing, help the fulfillment teams, maintain pricing and availability data, and ensure our Shopify integrations and other e-commerce channels run smoothly. This is a hands-on position that combines operational execution with opportunities to improve processes through automation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Process online orders across the NRTC website and third-party e-commerce channels.
Provide customer service support for delivery queries, replacements, returns, refunds, cancellations and order placement.
Coordinate with the delivery team to share customer locations and resolve delivery issues.
Liaise with purchasing teams for item availability, new product onboarding and online warehouse purchases.
Prepare daily promotional feeds, price-change spreadsheets and item availability reports for the website.
Produce competitive price benchmarking reports against other e-commerce players.
Supervise the online picking team support them on substitutions, quality checks and packing standards.
Purchase packaging supplies and baskets through procurement and manage stock for the online warehouse.
Work closely with the marketing team to align on e-commerce development plans and promotional activity.
Use automation and data reports to identify operational bottlenecks and propose efficiency improvements.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration or similar.
At least 1 year of hands-on e-commerce operations experience.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to keeping operations uninterrupted.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and producing timely, accurate reports.
Able to work independently, multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate between multiple internal teams.
