Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
u>Day-to-day Operations:/u> /strong> Supervises the day-to-day operations of E-commerce accounts to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes,s and procedures.
Handling the day-to-day operations of B2C & Financial dues.
Controlling daily workflow (sales & Finance) to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies and processes.
Resolving all logistics problems with Customers by establishing regular communication with concerned parties to avoid any business issues.
Managing The Budget for all the customers of the sales B2C department (E-commerce) and, handling customers' financial statements, and Credit Ceiling.
Replying to our partner s needs (complaints, inquiries, requests).
Handling new sales opportunities (prices, QTYs, availability, marketing execution).
Reviewing YTD performance VS Business Plan.
Conducting a monthly business review with our partners.
Scanning the competitors' activities across the Market.
Continuous push on premium range to enhance our margin %.
Planning the growth strategies for the coming year.
Finalizing the contracts with our partners (Negotiations, Signing, Execution).
Monitoring the Weekly KPIs.
Auditing our presence across all digital platforms.
Securing our pricing strategy & Financial KPI s.
Adapting the plan according to what we ve missed to be within the monthly time gone.
Year-to-Year deep dive analysis.
Desired Candidate Profile
Job Purpose:-/strong>
- Supervise the E-commerce and digital retail strategy. This role oversees all online sales channels, manages digital customer experiences, and drives revenue growth through data-driven decisions, innovative marketing, and operational excellence./li>
u>Managing e-commerce platforms/u>.br> online commerce (Quick _Commerce & E-Commerce): is the buying and selling of goods through websites or Apps./p>
Education/strong>: BA in relevant field (Business, commerce, etc.)
Language/strong>: Good command of English.
Skills/strong>: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience/strong>: 2 to 4 years of experience in Sales, preferably in E-commerce./p>
