Roles & Responsibilities

User Acquisition & App Growth

  • App Installs (iOS / Android)
  • Cost per Install (CPI)
  • Install-to-First Purchase Conversion
  • App Store CVR (store page views installs)
  • Retention Rates

Performance Marketing KPIs

  • ROAS (web + app combined, and app separately)
  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
  • CTR / CVR by campaign & platform
  • Paid campaign share of sales (especially app-related)

Content Engagement KPIs

  • Push Notification Open & Click Rates
  • In-App Banner CTR
  • Session duration (App vs Web)
  • App/website campaign contribution to commercial targets

Commercial & Retention Alignment KPIs

  • % of Total Online Sales from App
  • Campaign Delivery Accuracy & Timeliness
  • Promo Clicks to Purchases (across platforms)
  • Repeat Purchase Rate (Monthly / Quarterly)

Desired Candidate Profile

5-6 years of proven experience in e-commerce operations or online retail management.

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CMS, and order management systems.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Experience managing customer service processes in an online retail context.

Willingness to work onsite and adapt to changing business needs.
