Roles & Responsibilities

Main mission:

  • The E-Commerce IT Manager ensures the stability, performance and technical evolution of e-commerce platforms. He manages the infrastructure, system integrations and ensures to offer a fluid, reliable and scalable user experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Platform management:
  • Ensure the proper functioning, updates and performance of e-commerce sites.
  • Technical management:
  • Supervise developments, prioritize evolutions and manage service providers.
  • Infrastructure & servers:
  • Administer the environments (servers, cloud), guarantee security, availability and scalability.
  • System integration:
  • Connect and make reliable the flows between ERP, CRM, payment and logistics.
  • Performance & optimization:
  • Improve speed, stability and user experience (technical UX).
  • Tracking & data:
  • Implement and make tracking reliable (GA4, GTM, pixels) and support marketing analysis.
  • Operational support:
  • Assist teams, improve internal tools and train users.

Desired Candidate Profile

Skills required:

  • Techniques: CMS (WooCommerce, Shopify), HTML/CSS/JS, APIs, tracking, server administration (Linux), hosting, technical SEO.
  • Behavioral: Analytical spirit, rigor, project management, reactivity, cross-functional communication.

Profile:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce / web
  • Good knowledge of CMS and technical integrations (API / ERP)
  • Bac +5 in computer science or web development
  • Languages: Arabic, French, English
