Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and performance of e-commerce vendor partnerships to ensure seamless product availability and fulfillment.
  • Ongoing support for new and existing vendors, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
  • Monitor vendor compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), quality benchmarks, and delivery timelines.
  • Analyze sales data and vendor performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, customer service, and marketing to optimize vendor-related processes.
  • Resolve operational issues and disputes with vendors promptly, maintaining strong and professional relationships.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of vendor operations.
  • Support the negotiation of contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to maximize value and profitability.
  • Prepare regular reports on vendor performance, inventory levels, and operational KPIs for management review.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce vendor management.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • 3-9 years of proven experience in e-commerce operations, vendor management, or supply chain roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities for managing vendor relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience in process optimization and problem-solving within an e-commerce environment.
  • Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
