Roles & Responsibilities

§ Install, and maintain electrical distribution systems for the plant, including switchgear, and motor control centers (MCCs) and field instruments.
§ Perform quality preventive and breakdown maintenance of distribution panel.
§ Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities to ensure the reliability and efficiency of electrical and instrumentation equipment and systems.
§ Troubleshoot electrical/Instrumentations faults and malfunctions using diagnostic tools, schematics, and technical manuals.
Perform electrical and instrumentation upgrades, modifications, and installations as required to support plant operation and process improvements
Operate equipment and machinery to process UCO into finished products, minimizing waste and maximizing output.
Monitor product quality throughout the process and adjust as necessary to meet specifications.
Use control systems (e.g., SCADA) to oversee process parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates.
Work closely with process engineers and plant operations personnel to understand process needs and ensure electrical systems effectively support production activities.
Coordinate with maintenance team and other department to schedule maintenance activities and minimize downtime.
Contribute to the development and implementation of plant safety procedures related to electrical equipment and systems
Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards for machinery and equipment operation.
Participating in safety audits and inspections to identify and address potential hazards
Prevent similar occurrences in the future and continuously improve safety standards.
Identify potential issues before they escalate, preventing electrical equipment failures and ensuring safe operation.
Communicating effectively with plant operators, maintenance technicians, other engineers, and management to ensure smooth workflow and project success.
Documenting maintenance procedures and technical reports.
Staying up-to-date on industry best practices and new technologies related to mechanical engineering.
They troubleshoot operational issues, diagnose electrical/Instrumentation equipment failures, and develop solutions to maintain smooth plant operation.
Ensure all electrical/Instrumentation systems comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards for machinery and equipment operation.
Following safety procedures and Participate training programs as per the Company HSE policies and procedure
Prevent similar occurrences in the future and continuously improve safety standards.
